           David Hoicka is a Senior Executive and Advisor for Sustainable Housing and Affordable Housing programs internationally. He has extensive experience on Green and Affordable Housing and Community Development including managing and teaching large HUD affordable housing programs nationally across the USA and internationally.

           David Hoicka builds multicultural communities that work, empowering our residents, and growing positive relationships with our larger community.

           Applying multi-cultural and international best practices to enhance affordable housing, David Hoicka has worked on programs of all sizes, revitalizing and/or managing affordable housing and community development programs for thousands of families.
